No display when SDL3 is linked to APC910

Hello,

One end user in China encountered a display issue when using the 5AB20000I40000-000+5Y3M3020000000-004+5AC901.LSD3-00.

The investigations that have been carried out

  1. Combine the 5AP93D.185B-B62 with 5DLSDL.1001-00 and connect the 5Y3M3020000000-004: Display/touch is normal.
  2. The 5AP93D.185B-B62 and the original 5DLSD3.1001-00 +5Y3M3020000000-004+5AC901.LSD3-00.: no display output.
  3. Take 5AP93D.185B-B62 and another 5DLSD3.1001-00 +5Y3M3020000000-004+5AC901.LSD3-00.: no display output.

Based on the current results, the possible faults are:

  1. 2pcs 5DLSD3.1001-00 fault.
  2. 5AC901.LSD3-00 card fault.
  3. There is a fault in the slot where the SDL3 card is installed on the ACP910.

It is currently very difficult to further confirm these three situations.

We would like to ask:

When the customer uses the 5AB20000I40000-000+5Y3M3020000000-004+SDL3 card, are there any Settings required for the software or BIOS?

You can try to restore BIOS defaults after insertion of the 5AC901.LSD3 card. On an APC910 this can be easily done by opening BIOS (via DEL or Esc) and pressing F9 to restore BIOS defaults, confirm them via Enter and then F10 and confirm via Enter again to save and restart.
